The C2-Bluetooth dongle/EM-326 is used to set the parameters of C2 products (C2-20, C2-30, etc.) with the phone. It can be used in the same way as the C2-PROG/EM-236 and C2-PROG/EM-268. Connect it to a product using the red connector. The Ementool app is available for free in the App Store.
